This error is generated when the necessary database tables by our plugin are not created correctly. Could you please try toggling the request data functionality off an on again? Let me know if this did the trick. Otherwise I’ll see if I can fix the issue.

I’ve created a new ticket concerning the confirmation e-mail

@darfil; Not added in this release. For now only users, comments and WooCommerce orders. Check out our roadmap for future plans.
