Request to move subscribers from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com site

Hi,
I have recently moved my site from https://www.myweekendkitchen.wordpress.com to https://www.myweekendkitchen.in (wordpress org. I have installed the Jetpack plugin and connected it with my WP.com account.
Please move my subscribers from the WP.com blog to my current site.
