Hi, @monsur
Would be good if you describe cases in more details so that I’d be able to offer solutions.
As far as I can see, the autoresponder is a bot. You can build bots of any complexity in our web app https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
Also, can use features such as Chat Blasters, Drip Campaigns to follow up your audience. As for the website, we offer a few solutions:
– website Chat Widget that is linked to the bot
– Send to messenger button/checkbox that could be placed to checkout/contact forms
– Share links you can use to forward the audience to the specific dialogHere are some descriptions what and how you can do it https://mobilemonkey.com/chatbot-tutorial
With WP-Chatbots you’d be able to add chat widget to the website, other things could be configured in the appLet me know if you have any questions
Thanks, it is okay.
Is there pop up option to trigger visitors while leaving?
Hi, @monsur
The workflow you’ve described is complicated, our app cannot track if the user leaving the website or not.
But if your website build on Shopify they can track Abandoned cart and with the help of Zapier possible to create integration: once someone abandoned cart for some time they will receive a message in messenger with the offer.Chat widget itself cannot track such events, but if you users started a conversation with it then they appear in Contacts and you can follow them up by sending one/time promotional message (called Chat Blaster) or continuous promo messages (called Drip Campaigns).
If using RSS, also would be able to follow these users with RSS sending to the messenger.Thank you very much.
If I use Chat Blaster will everybody in my messenger get the same message? Or can I choose to send only to those whom I want?
Main difference between Drip Campaigns and Chat Blaster?
Thanks
AbuHi, @monsur
1. When sending ChatBlaster you need first select an audience. This could be your total audience or filtered by any attribute e.g. gender, locale, custom attribute. The example could be:
– I have a real estate agency that helps to sell or buy a house.
– When users visit my website bot shows them question asking if they wish to Buy or to Sell.
– When a user answer to that question – the answer is saved against a custom attribute lets call it SERVICE.
– Then I can filter my whole audience by SERVICE attribute to split into buyers and sellers.
– And then I can send different Chat Blasters to both categories.
Yes, all users within a specified audience would receive the same messages.2. Chat Blaster is a one-time thing. Let’s say my current audience is a 100 contacts and I send Chat Blaster to them. If a new user added to that same audience after I send a Chat Blaster – they won’t receive it.
Drip Campaign is a continuous sending of messages, could have survey of messages.
Let’s say my current audience is a 100 contacts and I just activated Drip Campaign, of course all 100 users will receive it. But in one hour new users appeared in that same audience – they also will be added to Drip Campaign and receive the message.
For Drips, I even can specify like this:
send message 1 in 10 minutes new users appeared in specific audience
send message 2 in 1 hour from the previous message
send message 3 in 4 hours from previous messageThank you very much for your nice informative reply. From your message it seems that it an effective alternative of email marketing with autoresponder like mailchimp. What do you think?
Is there any feature to capture them on my website? I mean the way of adding a box on my website telling them to put their name and email———BTW, I never used email marketing before. So it would be better to get en easier and effective solution. Can you pls tell me the cost associated to use these tools?
Thanks
ABUHi, @monsur
Yes, right, this is an effective alternative to email marketing since people tend to check/answer messages on messenger but very few nowadays read emails. On the website, you can place the script (or add a WP-Chatbot plugin), and there will be a Chat Widget that is linked to the bot.
WP-Chatbot has Answering Service – there you can ask questions e.g. email, phone number, company name – this data then send to your email so that you won’t miss hot leads. You can start using both WP-Chatbot and MobileMonkey app for free to find out its capabilities.
Then depending on your needs, you can select any of the plans:
https://mobilemonkey.com/pricesIf upgrading to PRO, Pro Unicorn, Team plans you’d have a call with our CS reps where they will talk how to use the app.
Let me know if you have any questions
Thank you very much, is there any discount offer?
I like to know that the following site using a landing page
thecrowdfundingformula.com
When I clicked I was directed to the messenger whereas I was told to give my email to send the free book.
Can you pls tell me how I can do that? Thanks
