Request to add category name to display

    Hi, thank you for your amazing plugin!
    Now I started using this and feels very comfortable.

    And I want you to improve this plugin to display category name in each list because I want to display all new posts with category name by using this plugin in my toppage.
    I understand this plugin brings me title, thumbnail, published date, author name and excerpt only.
    So I’ll really appreciate if you review to add “category” name to show up in list.

  • I think that one of the problems is that there can be many categories attached to a post, so this would mean that the entire category list would be shown.

    For showing the category names (and more) there is the Pro version of this plugin. You can switch on the display of the assigned categoriy names, and you can switch on to show them as links to the respective archive pages.
