I’m testing the plugin on a site with about 9,000 orders. I need to assign sequential numbers to all of them. It works, but it times out in the process, with a “Request Timeout” message and a 500 Internal Server Error.

How can I troubleshoot this? The hosting account already has very high limits, I’m not sure if I can increase the PHP timeout which is set to 120 seconds.

It seems that running it several times doesn’t pick up where it left off. Any ideas?

    Hi @stormymondays,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We have noted your issue and will assess the feasibility of addressing it in our plugin. If possible, we will include it in a future version of the plugin. In the meantime, we suggest increasing your site’s timeout limit as a potential solution to the issue.

I was able to raise the memory limit and the timeouts enough for this to work.

I have a further question: once “apply for all orders” has run successfully, do I need to keep it checked? I think not, but I’m not sure.

    Hi @stormymondays,

Once the orders have been successfully updated, you can uncheck the “Apply for all orders” option.
