REQUEST : Show remaining time estimated for optimisations

  • Hi, thanks for this so useful plugin.
    The only thing that annoys me from time to time is when I have to launch a manual optimisation. It can often be pretty time consuming and while it is one task among others I like to go ahead as soon as the tasks are finalised. Therefor I have to look regularly to the progress of the tasks which is in fact pretty frustrating because I don’t know how long it will really take.

    I would suggest therefor to add the well known progress bar for “estimated remaining time” to each task while running. This will certainly help all of us in those tiny frustrating times.

    @tdechangy Could you please let us know which optimizations you are talking about, Database or image optimizations?

    Well I would say that the DB tables optimisation is the most important because the longest to achieve. Other DB optimisations might still be concerned on big websites.
    NB: putting a numeric value of estimated time even more important than the visual progress bar.
