Request: send post to Telegram without saving the post

First of all, thanks for this great WP-plugin.

I’m using it for sending some selected posts to my telegram channel subscribers.
Let’s say I write 10 posts in a day: posts run regularly, and 2-3 times a day someone will decide “let’s send to the channel this, this and that post”.
Right now, If I’m not wrong, the only whay to send a post to the channel is to save again the post (setting “send this post to channel”), which is quite bad for me (for a number of reasons it’s too long to explain here).

What I’d like to have is a “button” “Send this post to Telegram”, which only does that, without updating the post.
