Request quote plugin

Hi, i am looking for a plugin that works for ‘requesting a quote’
the website is https://www.steigerhoutmeubelen-spots.nl it displays multiple products from different websites.

the customer right now has the option to look at a product and than click for more information, this link will go to the specific website/shop of that product.

What i want for every product to have a extra option, ‘request quote’ of all suppliers.

so i see a table, and i want a quote from all the suppliers on the website. So i need a form, with detailed information about the visitor (customer) , than a mail will be send to all (or some, the ones they choose from the list) .
The email the suppliers get contains a link, if they choose to reply to the customer than they click yes somewhere, if they do, an amount will be billed . For example 2$ for every quote they send.
Of course the supplier can not see contact details of customer before they accept the quote.

Is there anyone that knows a plugin like that, or is it something i need to have developed?
