Request quote, or sample

  • I need to know how to get a form to say name mailing address and about 5 other lines to request sample for our work website anyone know how to do this?

    Sorry I didn’t know where to put it. I’m very new to all this our web guy bounced and I’ve been thrown in having never done anything like this before.

    You’ve got a lot of reading to do, then.
