    Hello Team!

I just love your plugin! It is awesome, and I really like it! I was wondering if it could be possible to allow for pagiation within the FAQ?

    For example:
I have a site with 50 FAQ questions. I want them all displayed, limiting it to 10 FAQ per page. At the bottom of the first 10 FAQ, there would be pagiation with page 2 showing another 10 FAQs, and so on and so forth…

This would be really good, especial with those sites that have alot of FAQ per topic.

Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into making this plugin. I personally, greatly appreciate it!

I’ll see how to include that within a shortcode display without it breaking themes. It may be a bit tricky, but I’ll do my best to include it.

I am looking for the exact same thing, any luck so far?

    Thanks in advance.

As it stands now, I can’t include pagination within a shortcode without a massive overhaul, including AJAX in-page refresh, etc. If you want pagination, then you should use your theme’s template functions instead of the shortcode. If that changes, I’ll be glad to include it. But I wouldn’t hold your breath ??

Is there a way to do this without shortcode?

@phprocket yes. If you make the pages public (in the settings you can do that and assign the slug) then each FAQ will be it’s own single post, along with each category / tag using the same archive templates.

FYI folks: I figured out the pagination within the shortcode and it’ll be in the next release.

    Did you do this yet?
i have it listing 5 faqs and then at the bottom it appears to have pagination with 1, 2 ‘next page’ etc but the links do not work.
    thanks

I have pagination but it doesn’t work with default permalinks.

i have default permalinks on. my faq page is 100 eg.
    website.com/?page_id=100

the pagination link for page 2 currently is:
    website.com/?page_id=100/?faq_page=2

    which doesn’t work.
    I have manually put
    website.com/?page_id=100?faq_page=2
in the url bar, and this works. So need to get rid of the “/” when using default permalinks

@wpelvis I don’t believe it will work without changing your permalinks to something other than the default, since it’s trying to combine two query strings into one (which won’t work)
