Request : Option to set include_children in tax_query

    PROBLEM:

    This plugin queries all child posts under parent taxonomy with no way to limit or exclude child posts/categories.

    PROPOSAL:

    latest-post-shortcode.php

    Line 2830 & 2848, Please add to tax_query…an option to pass flag

    ‘include_children’ => false or true

    Please upgrade to the latest version and check the new option that appears in the Taxonomy filters section. Let me know how it goes.

    Initial test of this functionality appears to work. Thank you very much for your time & effort on this plugin, I use it on a number of sites. Do you have a donation link – can I buy you a coffee…? =)
