Request – open map in new tab

Hi, full screen option is cool but when map come back i’ve some troubles in the page, like double scrollbar on the browser (IE11 and Chrome), i believe due to jquery jungle used in most themes and plugin.
There is a way to implement a “open in new tab” option?
