Request: Only sell product if X deposits have been made

    I’m looking for at way to sell products from woo:
    The product is “released/ordered” only if i.e. 5 people has made a 10$ or 10% deposit on the product.
    The product deposit is only withdrawn from customer, if i.e. 5 people made the deposit.
    If only i.e. 4 made the deposit, we wont release and we wont withdraw the deposit from the customer.
    When i.e. 5 people made the deposit, we must somehow send customers a notification that they must pay remaining amount to full fill their order.
    Can you suggest a product dependency that can handle this?
    I was hoping perhaps your product combined with another plugin could do the job ?
