request: notice in dashboard for plugins that are closed

hey,

recently a lot of plugins are closed, permanently or temporaliry, for good reasons.

there is no easy way to understand it, if you dont access the page of rth plugin in www.remarpro.com. in the websites we maintain, there isnt a notice, like the one for the new updates. today, just noticed, that some plugins didnt have the usual link “plugin-information” but a different one linkking to an external plugin page.

the proposal is to have a color, like drupal update manager: https://www.drupalconnect.com/sites/default/files/lots-o-updates.png

to point out closed plugins.

it seems that in 2 of our websites, we had closed plugins for almost a year without noticing it.
