Request: Most viewed by date range

It’s unlikely that I’ll be adding that into this plugin, for two main reasons:

1. The main point of this plugin is to be a simple post counter – for anything further than that, there are already plenty of great analytics and stats plugins out there.
2. Storing that kind of data can take up a lot of space in the database, particularly as your site grows.

Because this plugin was only ever meant to be a quick solution to getting post hit counts, it’s not within the scope of the project to put in the development time to build out more robust stats gathering functionality.

If you would like more detailed stats then I would recommend either Google Analytics or Jetpack’s Site Statistics module.
