Request/ May be a pllugin?

Hi!

I started a blog in Spanish but, since it is published in and it is about Sweden, I would like to end every post with a one-sentence Swedish traslation of the content, as a courtesy.
I wonder if there is any simple way or a plug in to highligt, to graphically present this Swedish text separated fron the text it is referred to. I use the “An ordinary theme”, theme, two columns. The Swedish text may be or not be included in the post or be searchable. It doesn’t matter.
