    Hello,

    I could not find any information about this anywhere in the documentation.

    Is there any provision for charging for renewing an expired AD?

    How does this work?

    In case there is some documentation around this, please share the link.

    Hi,
    By enabling renew only for membership from Settings->Membership https://prnt.sc/2kBijeNqSEHl you can charge from users because in this case only membership user able to renew their listing.
    We added this feature few weeks ago. Will update the documentation and will share the link with you.

    Sorry, I was late in updating my observations here.

    Membership = Disabled

    Regular Pricing only

    The renewal payment link is available ONLY via email link sent in Expiration notice email

    From My Account if Renew button is clicked, it does NOT take you to checkout.

    Am I missing something somewhere?

    Hi,
    Renew button don’t redirect to checkout page. It check available options then give message as criteria basis. You will get better idea if you check this documentation https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/faqs/renew-listing-process/

    @alireyad Thanks for creating this FAQ so quickly. I have gone through this as well as the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jKDdRQQpAY

    However, what I was trying to explain is a bit different. Please try to read my steps again:

    1. Membership = Disabled
    2. Regular Pricing only
    3. When the AD is getting expired, the customer is sent an Expiration Notice email.
    4. In this Expiration Notice email – there is a renewal payment link. This link takes you to checkout to pay for the Renewal. This is as expected.
    5. In My Account -> My Listing. The Renewal button DOES NOT take you to checkout to pay for renewal. This seems to be a bug

    Can you please check this and guide me?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your clarification. Actually this is not a bug. It’s confusing because of renewal word in email. This is a reminder email to promote the listing as top, bump up and featured. To clear up the confusion, we will change the text.
    On the other hand, Renew button works after expired the listing and it takes from existing package. In this case, so don’t need to redirect to checkout page for payment.
