request: Include uploaded image plus cropped versions only

I have an image with user crop field added and have chosen to only have available to the user the images that are uploaded with the post. This works great except that the cropped versions that are saved to the media library are not available to the user, only the original that is uploaded. I wonder if there is a way to also include the cropped versions but not everything else in the media library.
