Request header fields too large error

    I am getting this error frequently: ‘Request header fields too large’. This happens anytime randomly with me and visitors, especially while accessing a quiz or while trying to edit a quiz embedded page. Hosting providers tried their best including PHP update, Increasing PHP and memory limits etc.

    Can you please provide the below-given information to troubleshoot the issue?

    1. The quiz URL where you face such an issue.

    2. Screencast of the issue that will demonstrate the issue.

    3. WP version you are using right now.

    4. Error/debug log of your website.

    As I said, the error is coming every now and then and not to all visitors. However most of the quiz attending visitors are facing the issue. To replicate the issue you may just try attending the exam 2 or 3 times and refreshing the browser.
