Request for Quote option still adds to cart

Hi,
I just installed CartFlows to test it out after seeing this associated video on youtube covering catalog mode / request a quote.
I followed the steps for using CartFlows to change for a certain product from having “Add to Cart” to “Request a quote” which takes you to a contact form to provide design details, and that works fine. The problem is it still adds the product to the cart on the page.
Then if the person tries to click on the “Request a quote” button again the website will throw up the error:
“You cannot add another <product name> to your cart.”
As obviously I’ve changed it to “Sold individually” to hide the number field on the product page.I saw a number of other people in the comments on the youtube video having the same problem, but there had been no response.
