Request for plugin tips

    As I’ve found some of plugins rather outdated I have a request for some advice regarding:
    1. plugin that helps create a separate page / pages for Categories / Tags
    2. plugin that adds my blog’s URL whenever I comment (hesrd of it)
    3. plugin / widget that organises tags differently than the irritating cloud.
    4. plugin to add similar posts beneath a given post.
