Request for one-day custom opening hours in Easy Appointments

    Is it possible to make a one-time adjustment (as an exception) to the standard opening hours for a specific day. It’s not a holiday (found that option) but for example the store is closed for a few hours in the morning or afternoon where no appointments can be made.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

  • Hi, yes that can be done by adding additional connection that would be active on specific time frame. Connection can block slots if it is set to not working. In you case additional connection that will block those slots when you need to close the shop.
