Request for feature, download the external image

Hi.

We already import the external images into the local wp media library.
But dropbox might not be allowing the download.

You can download the folder from dropdox and upload the images to your server, and use your server URLs for the import, and they should be imported correctly.

For example, replace this in your CSV file:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ainsdnrrcnptkk5/tv_p_double_layer_med%20%283%29.png?raw=1

With this:
https://mysite.com/ainsdnrrcnptkk5/tv_p_double_layer_med%20%283%29.png
