Request for erasure

  • So i installed this plugin and set it up. I made a link to the request page in the my accounts menu. To test it out, i made a dummy user, then made a request for erasure of data. I get a confirmation email just fine. But clicking on the link in the email does nothing. It just opens the my account page (nothing shows up to confirm, it doesn’t delete the account, and the request for deletion doesn’t show up in the backend). Am i missing something in the setup or is this a bug?

    This seems like a bug from your setup. Clicking on the link in the email should confirm the request and make it show up in the backend. If it is not showing up and if nothing happens, it may be because something is going wrong or some other plugin/code is preventing this event from happening by redirecting or something similar.

    It could be a lot of things.
