Request for enhancements

    Would you consider adding the below enhancements?

    1.Completely disable COD depending on cart total? – Add option to add maximum value permitted via COD

    2.Field to modify Fee title text which appears in checkout

    I was using Simple COD Fee for WooCommerce plugin but this has been removed now.
