Request for enhancement: Add support for user locale

The plugin currently does not honour the WP admin user locale setting. For example if shop is in French but WP admin user locale is English, the plugin will display in French.

The site I’m running is multisite with multiple languages where each admin can choose their own language they are comfortable with.
