    We are wanting to offer a percentage discount if the B2C customer is opt-in to our emails. I see no way to accomplish that. We use AutomateWoo for our transactional and marketing emails.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    We have a URL Coupons addon for the plugin and you can send a link to your customers via email and when they follow that link they will get the discount.

    Also, the URL Coupon addon has a feature to auto add products to the cart when a user follow the provided link.
