• When i try and send a preview of an email i get the following message pop up; Request error not JSON:

    I have turned on Debug mode and this has produced the following report. I can’t really see anything else being affected except the send preview function.

    It looks like your database has issues. Are you able to do a complete re-install, via the MailPoet > Settings > Advanced page? Keep in mind that your data will be deleted, so export your subscribers first.

    Yes I could do this but is there a way of keeping the email design I currently use? I just duplicate the previous email and edit the new one.

    Unfortunately if you do a complete re-install, your newsletters will be deleted.

    That said, creating a new newsletter first (instead of duplicating the old one) may fix the issue. Can you try that before doing a re-install?
