Request Entity Too Large

Hello ,
I Am Facing A Request Entity Too Large Error ! I AM Using WordPress 3.9.2 And Theme “Spa Treats” .
When I Upload A Logo And Save The Theme Settings Then I Get This Error :
“Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/wp-admin/admin.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.”
