Request: Customize Default Event Featured Image Overall and by Category

Ability to customize the default featured image on events. The single-event view by default has oddly cropped TheEventsCalendar images of a gray and white calendar.

The ability to assign a default image or default images by category (unless overridden by the post) would be useful for sharing on social media and differentiating larger calendar categories from each other.

This is possible through theming but such an improvement could easily be part of the Events > Default Content and Events > Categories > [categoryName] pages.
