REQUEST: Custom CSS class per field

Hi, I have a feature request. I apologize if this feature already exists, please let me know where I can find it, if it does.

I’ve been creating complex cforms (tables, etc) for years, many of which require per-field CSS styling to work and look right. My biggest beef is if a field is added or removed, all the automatically-generated class names beyond that field are re-enumerated to match the new field positions, which breaks all previously-defined CSS styling. Every time I add or remove a field, I need to manually change all the class declarations.

Is it possible to add an option for us to specify a static CSS class name for each field, so they can remain consistent no matter how the fields are positioned/added/removed?
