    Can you please update the couriers list on the order details page to show the change from Hermes to Evri? To make sure we’re on the same page, here’s a screenshot: Screenshot Link

    Can you please update the couriers list on the order details page to show the change from Hermes to Evri?

    How did you manage to incorporate this list of couriers into your site? WooCommerce doesn’t usually come with the ability to show courier lists as a default feature.

    Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
    You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply.

    I understand you clicked the option to remove the legacy coupon menu in the past, but the prompt still shows on your screen, correct?

    If that’s indeed the case, could you please access your database (phpmyadmin) and find wc-admin-coupon-page-moved in _wc_admin_notes, change status from unactioned to actioned.

    You can use a plugin like WP phpMyAdmin to access it or your web host’s control panel. If you need, you can also follow the visual guide here.

Additionally, through a process of elimination tests, I can confirm that the carrier list was not added by your plugin. Thank you both for your valuable assistance.
