Commenter level Reply tracking

I’m looking for a way for commenters to beable to track when they’ve had replies to their comments. Preferably through a panel on the Dashboard. And it can’t be through using a third party commenting system like Disqus.

This is for a site that is designed for discussions on topics, which recently migrated to WordPress, hence why it can’t go through Disqus, or similar third party comment systems. And using email notifications is very clunky for this kind of site. And the Activity panel is sorely lacking for this kind of thing.

So I am just looking for a simple panel in the Dashboard that lists recent replies to comments you have posted. Idealy with a list of pages incase you’ve been gone a while. If there is a plugin for this, I have not had any luck finding it. The only stuff that pops up are either for administrators, or the previously mentioned third party comment systems.
