Request: Change role visibility from ‘edit_plugins’ to ‘manage_options’

Often the ability to edit plugins is turned off by administrator. Which disables the ability to change the options for this plugin. (Or in my case, I purposefully disable any file editing for security reasons)

Suggestion is to change in line 145, the $capability parameter in add_options_page() function from ‘edit_plugins’ to ‘manage_options’
