REQUEST: Logo, Border Width, html entities, Quoting

    Great QR code generator which didn’t take me too long to suss out, I will be using it but as is but it would be great if some of the following could be considered for future updates.

    • There is no company logo support for the middle of the QR code (many other similar plugins support that).
    • There is no border width support for the middle of the QR code (other similar plugins support that). The borders on the generated ones are quite fat.
    • There is no support for html entities (“'” etc) in the text. I imagine this is to make it easy for beginners to use, but perhaps you could have an extra parameter that determines whether you consider the text as text or html (as an alternative TEXT= is for text HTML= is for html…)
    • It would be nice if for shortcode generation you could determine whether single or double quotes are used. I don’t know if it would be possible to support ANY quotes such as is: text=/sometext/ or text=*sometext*
