Request a quote sending mail with products to admin

Hello, We are using Woocommerce with added plugin Request a quote by Woocommerce.

We (as admin) want to get an email with pdf/table including order details such as specific type of product, its quantity and billing information of that customer. Is there any option how to do it easily withou adding additional plugins for conversion to pdf and other one for sending that email?

We want it like this, cause we want to make it for them simple. They will just get “invoice” with info and afterwards they will send real invoice to customer with products.
