The plugin works perfectly. The page loads very quickly. However, there is one problem. When the cache is enabled, you can use the quote request only once. I use the YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin

If the problem is solved after clearing cache, The problem is caused by the WordPress nonce security system. To resolve this issue, you should add a cache timeout as below.
