[REQ] Setting to select default options for template loading

    First, thanks for the excellent plugin! I can see it saving me precious time many times over.

    I immediately noticed easy ways things could be even more automated. I will make a separate ticket for each. Here’s the first:

    The request

    Could you add a setting to choose, which how each template is loaded by default? For the templates we use now we never want to load the Title or Excerpt, so being able to set this default in the template. This could be a per-template option.

    Implementation

    On the Edit Template page, the Template Options widget should have a subsection “Default Loading Options” with the same three checkboxes that are visible in the Easy Content Tempalte widget on the New Post page:

    [ ] Title [ ] Content [ ] Excerpt

    The values for these checkboxes would be loaded after selecting the template on the New Post page.
