Req help on designing a wp theme

  • Hii guys
    I know it is quite weired to ask some help on designing my own theme. But here is the truth I want to create a website similar to phpmotion

    But i dont need anything other than fomat the front page & comment page like php motion.
    Any one has any theme already exists or any tricks to design such a web site.
    I am good in webweaver & themeweaver.
