Repurposing content – CMS across multiple sites URL’s – one dashboard?

  • Hello,
    We have:
    1. own hundreds of URL’s and are readying to launch 10+ blogs, and a few dozen microsites.

    2. hundreds of hours of video content to be edited for relevance to each BLOG and Microsite.

    We need:
    1. Blogging/website platform with a single dashboard CMS to facilitate distribution and tracking of our content (all forms) as we cross pollinate all of our sites.

    2. We are also looking to plug-in or attach a Social Networking functionality to one or a number of sites as well.

    Can WordPress do this?

    Suggestions please?
