I have an annual cycle of posts, so when the year is over, I put all posts back into Draft status. For the next cycle, I edit the post and re-schedule it for the next morning. These posts are not being sent out even though they appear on my site.

    1) What does it take to force MailPoet to send these recycled posts?
    2) I’d even be happy to do a “Post Immediately”, but it doesn’t seem possible with the way WordPress operates.

Yes, I realize I can go through some hoops to copy/paste, or duplicate the post and that would be a cleaner approach, but recycling them is quicker for me, and they *are* appearing on my site…just not being mailed out.

  • Hi @sdayman, MailPoet will only send newly published Posts. These Posts won’t be sent again because their IDs are already stored in MailPoet’s database. I’m afraid that’s the only way to trigger a Post Notification newletters.

Thanks for the response! I suspected as much. So now I’ve learned that I can easily copy/paste the entire post into a new one.

p.s. Nice job on your appearance on Wordfence’s “Think like a Hacker” podcast.
