Reposts are posting in UTC Time

  • When the reposter posts it is posting it in UTC time, not the converted time for the time zone I am in. This causes the posts to appear “in the future”. I have the correct time zone set on my site. Is there some other configuration that I should do?

    I don’t doubt you’re seeing what you’re describing, but the plugin has code to deal with the differences between UTC and local time. There must be something unexpected with your set up, but without more information I can’t think of what that might be.

    What more information would you like? I see from looking through the support area, other people have had the problem.

    The only time related item I see in the last year had to do with the display of the time and not for posts given a future publishing time. Are you seeing others that match your issue? Let me know if you do as that might point to a pattern that would help explain the issue.

    Yes I saw that one. That one seems to be display related and the OP didn’t reply so I assumed he resolved the issue or moved on to another plugin. Sadly no helpful information there.
