repost wordpress posts without losing permalink

Hi.

I have a question: it is possible to repost a post from wordpress, without losing permalink structure?

e.g.: https://becasyconvocatorias.org/2015/05/becas-en-alemania-para-maestria-en.html

if i want to repost that, the permalink will change to
https://becasyconvocatorias.org/2016/04/becas-en-alemania-para-maestria-en.html (we are in april right now)

I know that i could to that without date in the permalink: https://becasyconvocatorias.org/becas-en-alemania-para-maestria-en.html

But it will affect my SEO if i do that.
