    Hi, can you share the thread you are referring to? It would be good to read this thread so that I know if there were any test carried out to troubleshoot this issue.

    Do you have the latest version of the plugin?

    This problem could be related to one of the features activated in the plugin.

    For example if you disable all Firewall rules, is the problem resolved?

    It’s been probably 2 months. You escalated the post to the plugin developer, who responded he would fix in the next update.

    Can you kindly escalate this again to him and resolve.

    Hi kelley_rao,
    There is no actual bug. I think one of the firewall rules is causing this (5G).
    Disable the 5G firewall rules and enable the new 6G rules and the image editing will work.
