It is possible to change their order, but you will need our pro extensions.
You will need these plugins: Strong Testimonials Advanced Views and Strong Testimonials Pro Templates
After you active those 2 go to Testimonials > Views > and choose the template: Card, screenshot: https://gyazo.com/c8911f9bff93a33c164d7b459c28ed3d
Then copy the shortcode > go to Pages > add it on a page > save. View that page > then click Customize on the wp admin toolbar, screenshot: https://gyazo.com/9a643d03c87c2f290731dcfb177f2f5a
Once in the Customize > click Testimonial Views > and click the blue edit icon next to one of your testimonials > screenshot: https://gyazo.com/fb1b704ca3d249b00a4e8a9b129d059e
Then you will see in the Customize > Testimonial View >a button to add new > click there and add the fields in the order you want > save.
