Reports say emails sent but…

    Hi,
    Emails had been working just fine until 23.01.2016 but after that date something happened and emails aren’t sent anymore. The reports say the emails have been sent out but I know none of the members get the emails notifying a new post from my blog. When I look into sent mails tab I can see none of the emails that were sent was viewed.
    Please help because I’m running out of options and members are becoming upset.

    Hi,

    Can you please update Email Subscribers to latest version i.e. v3.1 and then have a check?

    Also, can you please confirm if you have followed all the steps mentioned here – Configure notification email to subscribers when new posts are published.

    Adding further, can you please check that the new post that you are publishing, that category is checked under the Notification tab? Because if that category is not checked, then post published to that category won’t be send to subscribers.
