    Could you please deactivate Wordfence for a couple of minutes, clear the caches and retest Download Monitor’s Reports and let me know if they work?

    That means that Wordfence is blocking the request for a REST API endpoint. Could you please let me know what version of Download Monitor you have?

    4.7.78 all up to date I guess, been using this plugin for many years (both DM and WF)

    Could you please go to WordFence > Firewall > Advanced Firewall Options > Allowlisted URLs and add the following URLs:
    – yourdomain.com/wp-json/download-monitor/v1/download_reports
    – yourdomain.com/wp-json/download-monitor/v1/user_reports
    – yourdomain.com/wp-json/download-monitor/v1/user_data
    – yourdomain.com/wp-json/download-monitor/v1/templates
    – yourdomain.com/wp-json/wp/v2/dlm_download

    And see if the reports still don’t work? Not really sure how they block the REST API, maybe it would be wise to also contact them in this regard.

    I set the Firewall mode back to “Learning Mode” and it works again for now.
