    Hi,
    Our Reports are also not working.
    We saw the error in the console as you mentioned in other posts.
    The problem is that we do not use iThemes but Wordfence and when deactivating Wordfence the problem is not solved.
    We updated DLM to 4.7.72 but same problem.
    Only downgrade to 4.5.99 showed the reports again.
    I’ve noticed that from 4.6 version the reports view is different and there is no Logs button like before.

    Hello @webcart ,

    Could you please take a screenshot of the Browser’s Inspector Tool’s Console tab and give it to us, maybe it is a different kind of error?
    Also, could you please go to dashboard > Tools > Site Health and give a s screenshot with the Status tab?

    Thank you for the screenshots. Seems to be getting error 500. Could you please give us a screenshot when you visit domain.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts ( domain.com being your domain ) ?

    Also, is it possible to give us the error log? If you don’t feel safe giving it here please use our contact form located here.

    The server’s PHP error log to see if there are any errors. Doesn’t seem to be an authorisation issue so a look into the error log might help.

    Hi,
    OK. I sent the PHP error logs in your contact form.
    I needed to update the version to 4.7.2 so I could see the errors.
    Then, I rolled backed to 4.5.99 so the download reports will have the data.
