Hey, Great plugin and you seem to give great support, just wish I could get it to work!

I’ve read lots of tickets with the same problems and tried all the suggestions. I’m not getting anywhere.

Plugin installs, activates, accepts settings, api works, shows requests at the correct times, progress bar completes, click refresh… empty.

No errors in log, Cron, Ajax, Session Flush all don’t work. On one site in particular, changing settings and forcing a recheck causes the site to crash, which I’m checking with the hosting company.

    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Alan.

Is there anything odd about the way the plugin was installed? A bulk or automated installer perhaps?

I have seen issues in those cases where the DB tables do not get created correctly.

Can you verify that the google pagespeed DB tables exist in your database? You should have:

    xx_gpi_page_blacklist
    xx_gpi_page_reports
    xx_gpi_page_stats

Where the xx part is your DB prefix ( wp by default ).

If those tables do not exist, please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin to trigger their creation. If problems continue to persist, I would be willing to take a look at your admin area and see if I can find a reason for it to not work. Just shoot me over some temporary admin access through my sites contact form.

Bang on the money. I installed via MainWP and the tables were missing.

Deactivated and reactivated and reports appear.

Should’ve checked that! Great help, thanks.
