• I am using a trial version of premium and the reports do not produce any results. I let it run for over an hour and the export does not produce any results. Even with a shorter date range nothing appears. I blue square flashes like it is doing something but it doesn’t work. I reveeted back to 8.0.6 as there is no data with no version as it was zeroed out. ”?I would recommend starting fresh with version 9.1.1 if you’re okay with losing old data. You’ll gain access to many new features.”

    Still waiting for a resolution on premium reporting feature failure to run. Upgrading to latest version means losing all your count data.
